*By purchasing from WildMist Exotics you have read, understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions*

Proof of Purchase/Payment 

Receipts will be issued when, 

  • Your order is Paid in Full 

  • A deposit is received 

  • A payment is received


Geckos are ONLY marked SOLD when WildMist Exotics receives & confirms your order is Paid in Full or when WildMist Exotics receives & confirms a Payment Plan Agreement and Deposit.

* by sending a Full Payment or Deposit, you acknowledge & agree that you have read and understand WildMist Exotics’s Terms and Conditions. This includes our Payment Plan Policy, Shipping Policy, Health Guarantees and Cancelation & Refund Policy.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

Requirements & Agreement 

  • 30 Day Payment Plan Agreement required 

  • Only on Orders over $350

  • 50% Deposit *

  • 30% due by Day 15

  • Final Amount due by Day 30

  • Payment Plan starts on the date the deposit is received.

  • All deposits made on Payment Plans are 100% Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable 

  • Shipping fees and costs are NOT part of the Payment Plan

  • WildMist Exotics reserves the right to refuse a Payment Plan at their discretion.

Missed Payments Policy

It is your responsibility to adhere and follow the Payment Plan Agreement. Failure to make payments by their due date will result in your order being canceled. The gecko(s) will no longer be available to you and will be placed back up for sale. Any payments made towards the Payment Plan are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. No Store Credit will be issued. Any future payment plans with WildMist Exotics will not be accepted.

Quotes are available and highly recommended prior to placing a deposit or an order. 

 

Tip!

Having prior knowledge of shipping costs will allow you to not hesitate or miss out on that special must have gecko! Please understand that geckos are not placed on hold while inquiring about shipping. 

 

Shipping can be overwhelming!  We understand!!! We have a team of people here to help you make this process as seamless as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Domestic or International shipping, please send us a message or visit Reptile Express for more information.

Requirements & Agreement

We are not responsible for any shipping delays once the gecko(s) leave our hands. This is out of our control! All payments associated with Shipping Fees and Costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders will ONLY be shipped when they are Paid in Full and shipping fees are paid. Orders are shipped within 30 days and/or the next reasonable scheduled International Shipping date. (unless winter holds are in effect or inclement weather is a factor). 


We only ship Monday to Wednesday and not near any major Holidays. Please refer to Reptile Express for Shipping Schedules or send either of us a message.

Live Animal Guarantee

YOU MUST contact us within 15 mins of delivery AND provide the original sealed unboxing video of your gecko(s). Failure to do so VOIDS ALL Health Guarantees.  In the event of a DOA, you will get a STORE CREDIT for the PAID value of the gecko. Shipping fees are not included.

Weather

We will only ship when safe weather conditions are met and do not put the health and safety of the gecko(s) at risk. We will hold all geckos until a safe weather window is open. We offer Winter Holds at no additional cost.  We will notify customers when Winter Holds are in effect. Otherwise, orders must be shipped out within 30-45 days and/or the next International Shipping window is available. If at any point inclement weather puts the health and safety of the gecko(s) at risk, another shipping date will be scheduled when conditions improve.

Local Pickup

Local Pickup is always welcome! We love to meet my customers! Pickup times may be limited depending on the time of year. Please reachout to see if our schedule works for you.  If a pickup date can not be arranged within 30-45 days, the buyer becomes responsible for shipping their order at their own expense.  Our Shipping Policy will apply.  Traveling during the Winter months can be tricky and Winter Holds still apply for Local Pickup! 

 

Once your order is picked up, you agree to take full responsibility for the health & safety of the gecko(s) while transporting them to their final destination. You acknowledge and are aware of the weather conditions on the day/time of your order pickup. This includes being aware, prepared and responsible for the temperatures inside the vehicle or mode of transportation during your order’s transport to their final destination. 

 

WildMist Exotics reserves the right to change the pickup date if we feel the weather conditions will impact the Health & Safety of the gecko(s). The gecko(s) will be held at no additional costs until an alternative date/time when weather conditions improve. Live Animal Guarantees DO NOT apply to Local Pickup.

Payment Plan Note:

Please be sure you are able to make the payment amounts and dates as outlined in our Policy prior to placing a deposit.

WildMist Exotics has the right to cancel and refund an order if we feel the health and safety of the gecko(s) are at risk.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Our Cancelation & Refund Policy applies if your order is not picked up and/or shipped within 30-45 days (unless otherwise agreed upon). Please be sure you are able to meet ALL the shipping costs and requirements prior to placing an order or deposit.

Special Note:

Ghosting or lack of communication will not be tolerated. WildMist Exotics will of course always make a reasonable amount of effort to contact and communicate with our valued customers. Failure to communicate and/or notify us regarding local pickup/shipping and/or failure to pay shipping fees and costs, acknowledges your order will be cancelled at your expense. Your sale will be void. 

 

Not notifying us that you are not coming for your scheduled Local Pickup will not be tolerated. If you are not able to make the arranged time and date (life happens, we understand), please notify us ASAP! Your sale will be canceled at your expense and your sale will be void. 

 

NO Refund, NO Store Credit, Non-Transferable.

HEALTH GUARANTEES

Live Animal Guarantee

Health guarantees DO NOT cover tail drops or cosmetic issues during holds or shipment. Tail loss does not decrease the value of a gecko.

Sex & Growth

We DO NOT guarantee sex of a gecko unless they are an adult or otherwise stated. We will list their “probable sex” to the best of our ability at the time they are listed. If we are uncertain, they will be marked “unsexed”. Pore checks will not be repeated after being listed, purchased or while on hold. Current/updated pictures will be provided prior to your gecko being shipped or pickup.
